Joel Robert Morgan was born on September 25, 2008 at 11:19 a.m. He weighed in at 7 lbs. 3 ounces. He was 19 1/2 inches long. Mara is doing well after the c-section. We found out 2 days ago that Joel was breech and needed to be delivered via c-section. He had a really exciting first day and met not on Mommy and Daddy, but Momo, Pops, Pap, Grandma, Great Grandma James, and Uncle Lee. As you can see, Daddy dressed in scrubs and got to cut the umbilical cord. Tomorrow Joel meets his big brother, Eli. By the way, the song lyrics are wrong. "Thank Heaven for Little Boys."

Congrats!! He is one handsome little guy!! We can't wait to see him but will let you all enjoy him and his little brother for just your family time! We love you and let us know if we can do anything.
