We had a fun trip up to Momo & Pop's beach house on the Jersey Shore, Long Beach Island. Our visit started off with a great trip to Storybook Land until we noticed that Eli was a bit hot- not warm, HOT. Turns out, he had a temp of 103....48 hours later with a trip to urgent care late at night, no eating or drinking and then a strong dose of antibiotics, he was on the mend. The boys seemed to have a great time and of course enjoyed being with their grandparents. How long until we can send them on their own for a long visit???

Mara and Randy, your boys are so cute and getting so big. It was a couple of really hectic days but I check your blog at least 3 times a week. It always makes me smile. Thanks for doing such a great job in keeping all of us up to date.

I love the pics!! Thank you so much for sharing their everyday happenings. We need to get together sometime soon either here or there. Maybe I'll have Dwayne set something up before you all head back to school and we should do a playdate too. The girls would love to oogle over the boys..hehe!
Ah .. memories of LBI. So much fun. I'm so glad that Eli is better and that the vaca turned out well. Miss you all.
